This privacy policy explains what information NorCal Tree Connect collects when you visit this site or contact a listed company, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: when you message a listed tree service company through this site, we share the name, email, phone (if provided), and message you enter with that company. We retain a copy for fraud prevention and quality control.
• Account information (companies and admins): when a tree service company creates an account, we collect the business name, contact email, phone, and address. Admins may additionally provide license, insurance, and certification details.
• Analytics: we log aggregate visitor information such as pages viewed, search terms entered, and approximate location for the purpose of improving the directory. This is stored in our own database; we do not currently sell this information.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't use your contact form submissions for marketing outside the company you contacted.
